Graduating from the University of Sydney with a Masters of Commerce, Accounting and Finance, Lin possesses comprehensive knowledge of Taxation, Financial Reporting and Management Reporting. She has provided expert financial advice to the security and soft service industry for over 10 years. With Lin’s extensive knowledge and experience, she continues to help lead Southern Cross Group to continuing success.

Archie Petsas is an experienced people & culture professional with diverse industry and technical experience across national and international businesses. Archie leads the People & Culture team including WHS and corporate compliance. Archie is responsible for developing and executing on Southern Cross’ people agenda and implementing improved processes and systems to enable business growth. He holds a Bachelor of Adult Education from UTS and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from MGSM.
