Sam founded Southern Cross in 2005 after identifying a need for competitive, customer-focused security in the industry. Prior to this had held progressively senior roles within some of Australia’s largest security companies. Having been recognised as the WSABE Young Entrepreneur of 2014, Sam continues to lead the company with pride and confidence.
Sam Johnson established the Southern Cross Group (SCG) business in 2005 with four team members in Sydney. The business has undergone a remarkable transformation since its humble beginnings to become one of Australia’s leading providers of integrated service solutions employing staff in Australia and overseas to support our business growth. Sam continues to inspire the Management team and staff at Southern Cross Group and has gained respect from the business community.
Sam has over 10 years senior management experience in integrated service delivery, allowing him to develop and maintain excellent client relationships. Sam holds formal education in business management and risk management, as well as Australian Government Security Negative Vetting Level 1.
As founder and CEO of Southern Cross Group, Sam has rapidly expanded his business, quickly becoming a major player in the industry. Sam has established a highly recognised organisation that holds a competitive stance among other provider in regard to service delivery, capability, expertise and cost. With experience in legal awareness, Sam has proven himself an excellent leader for the ever-growing company.

She has provided expert financial advice to the security and soft service industry for over 10 years. With Lin’s extensive knowledge and experience, she continues to help lead Southern Cross Group to continuing success.

Graduating from the Central Queensland University with a Master of Information Technology, Yasheel brings a wealth of knowledge backed by almost 10 years in the traffic management industry.
His ability to work to strict deadlines, together with the ability to build strong relationships with customers our clients can be assured of high standard of service. Anto has over 10 years of experience across the construction and facilities maintenance sectors. Working within a number of large and boutique organisations, Anto understands the individual nuances of different business environments and specialises in delivering tailored engagement packages to each new and existing client. Across his career, Anto has developed a strong capability in estimating, tendering, relationship management and project management.
Anto holds formal qualifications through a Bachelor of Advanced Business Leadership from Western Sydney University.
In his role as Chief Commercial Officer, Anto is involved with guiding the overall strategy of Southern Cross Group Services and Baymon Group as well as being a primary point of contact for existing clients and new client partnership opportunities.
