He is a passionate, hardworking and committed professional that wants businesses and organisations he is involved with to succeed. Paul is determined to help many charitable causes raise money to assist those in need and increase the awareness of these respective entities in our community.
Paul is currently working with the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry which represents over 300,000 businesses that employ over 4 million Australian’s. He with his colleagues are committed to supporting their members and advocating for the right policies that will help businesses develop and in turn help the Australian economy to grow.

Guy Freeland brings a wealth of financial and commercial experience to the Advisory Board. Having held senior roles with numerous multi-national organisations in Sydney and Singapore, Guy possesses the capability to assist Southern Cross Group Services’ financial management to support growth in new and exciting territories.
John Trevillian has been a national and international leader in the development of the major events industry for over 20 years. In a career spanning both the government and non-government sectors John has shaped and developed some of our much loved national events through his leadership of government coordination services.
David led a campaign in support of the Western Sydney Airport at Badgerys Creek including establishing the Western Sydney Airport Alliance. He has collaborated with chief executive officers, managing partners and Vice Chancellors to support campaigns like the Powerhouse Museum to Parramatta, the Westmead and Liverpool Innovation Districts, Sydney Olympic Park, Parramatta Light Rail and West Metro.
Prior to this, he served in the NSW Labor Government as the Minister for Roads, Minister assisting the Minister for Transport and Roads, Minister for Housing, as well as Minister for Western Sydney.
As a former Director of Aboriginal Support and Planning with the NSW Department of Corrective Services, Paul holds more than two decades of private sector business experience, working as an accomplished Aboriginal business leader, executive, business mentor, professional mediator and corporate trainer. Paul has served on a number of boards including the Sydney based Community Restorative Centre (CRC) and as Chair of the NSW Reconciliation Council.
Sue’s diverse property career spans more than 30 years with the Westfield/Scentre Group. Sue has worked in senior roles across multiple functions including Marketing, Centre Management, Customer Relations & Customer Experience.
She held the position of General Manager for Facilities and Sustainability for seven years before being appointed as Regional General Manager responsible for a portfolio of 10 Centres in NSW.
The fundamental key to Sue’s success is her depth of understanding of the importance of strong team values, empowering individuals and an ability to deliver a high level of service and leadership in the dynamic environment that is retail.
